Sitetec Construction Company is the Southeast’s leader in multi-family housing construction, specializing in renovation, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, and fire restoration & reconstruction after natural and man-made disasters and large construction general contracting.

Sitetec Construction Company is a leader in multifamily renovation. Founded by Timothy Broome in 1995, Sitetec is a privately held company located in Charlotte, NC. We are licensed and operating throughout the Southeast and routinely have projects in process from Maryland down through Florida and over to Alabama.

We have a well-developed team of project managers, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction on all sizes and complexity projects. Our network of resources and ability to put a team on site is virtually unlimited.

Our customer base includes the largest multifamily residential companies in the US. Our success in delivering industry-leading results can be measured by the average length of continuous service we have established with our customers. Our focus on project execution has made their decision to contract with Sitetec Construction basically – worry-free.

Executive Team

Timothy Broome – President / CEO

Tim founded the company in 1994. He remains personally involved in all projects.

Tim’s priority is developing and growing teams of motivated project management professionals. These teams are supported by a nimble support team and proven management processes that, together, routinely deliver great results for the customer.

He is proud of Sitetec’s growth through delivering the clients’ vision on all size and complexity projects. The longevity of our customer base is testimony to this success.

Tim is a devoted husband, father, and church member. He enjoys restoring cars, collecting guns, and all genders music.

Cory Ingram - Executive Vice President / Director of Operations

Cory is responsible for all field personnel, project execution, and adherence to operating processes which ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, with the highest quality.

Cory began his career in construction at the age of 19 when he began framing houses in Boone NC where he attended Appalachian State University. Cory started at Sitetec Inc in 2007 and quickly established himself as major contributor to Sitetec’s execution and customer satisfaction. He served as Chief Estimator and Sales before becoming a partner in the business.

Cory is an integral contributor to the development and execution of most large projects for Sitetec Construction. He has become expert at all of Sitetec’s services – interior / exterior renovations, fire rebuilds, and commercial developments. He is successful through developing collaborative relationships with the customer in the early stages of project development and planning to ensure that the customer is getting the best results for their construction budget. He focuses the organization’s resources to ensure satisfactory project completion.

Cory enjoys fishing & spending time with his wife Kristen and their two girls Mary Carolina & Emma Kate.

Teri Mays – Director of Business Operations

Teri Mays a native Californian joined Sitetec’s  team in 2008.  She has over 15 years in construction accounting and financial operations.  Teri is responsible for the production of timely and accurate financial statements, accounting records and internal controls as well as overseeing payroll, accounts receivable, subcontract administration and accounts payable departments.

Teri is married to her high school sweetheart Brent, and enjoys spending time with her family and 4 grandchildren.

Brian Shuford - Senior Director of Business Development

Brian is responsible for managing large capital projects throughout the Southeast. He strives to develop collaborative/professional relationships with new and existing customers.

Brian has 20 years of construction experience, working as a carpenter when he was 18. He earned a BS degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University. He began his tenure with Sitetec in 2010 serving as Estimator/Project Manager and has become a Partner within the organization due directly to his ability to manage projects and resources to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Brian realized, as a teenager, how gratifying the construction industry can be; from conception to completion.  Experiencing the joy on customers’ faces when they walked into their completed dream home for the first time made Brian realize this is where he belongs.  Brian gets personal satisfaction from successfully completing renovation projects which are especially challenging and stimulating.  These aspects maintain Brian’s personal passion for the industry. 

In his free time, Brian enjoys hunting/fishing and spending time with his daughter Brynlee and wife Amie.
