Michael L. Broome, President & Co-founder
Michael has worked in the building material market for 3 years.  In 1995 he decided to partner with Tim to start their own company.  Sitetec is still growing strong after 14 years in the construction industry.  Under his direction and guidance, the company has grown from a 2 person contracting company to the industry leader it is today.

Timothy D. Broome, Vice President of Sales & Co-founder
Tim partnered with Mike to start the company over twelve years ago.  He is personally involved in all projects, ensuring that the client's overall vision is the guiding principle of the project.  His primary focus is developing the client base and leading Sitetec's philosophy of building client relationships that last, not just looking for projects.

Richard Tucker, Vice President of Operations
With a B.S. in aeronautical science and more than two decades of experience in Project Management.  Richard joined the company in 2005 as VP of Operations to oversee the hands-on day to day operations and a staff of eight project managers.  In 2008 Richard became a partner in the company after helping to define the company's architecture and catapult it to the next level.
